As you already know, there's a huge news spread related to a boy who allegedly stealing the $3 slippers in 2010. The boy was beaten by the police officers and recently faces up to five years in prison. The policemen were punished for their brutality after the boy filed a complaint, I dunno, some news says just for 7 to 21 days.
And today, the boy was released due to the fact that it wasn't the same flip-flop which has been stolen 2 years ago.
